CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled service will be charged a 75% service fee and a 2.6% credit card handling fee. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged a 100% service fee and a 2.6% credit card handling fee. There are no exceptions. Rebooking is at the discretion of Skin & Stone Studio, but fees will not be waived. If the aesthetician chooses to rebook the client after a cancellation or no-show, the client is required to pay for the original missed appointment in full prior to being rescheduled. If the client does not show up to the second (honored) appointment, they will be charged for both the original and the rescheduled appointment in full. It is highly recommended that clients record their appointment in their personal calendar, as business reminder notifications are not guaranteed to be delivered.
